Privacy
MikeHacks.ai is designed to minimize unnecessary collection. The current website does not create user accounts, run advertising trackers, or upload contact-form responses to a website database.
When you use the contact form, your browser prepares an email in your own email application. The website itself does not transmit or store the form contents.
When you send an email directly, MikeHacks.ai receives the information included in that message, such as your name, email address, organization, project details, and any files you attach.
Information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether MikeHacks.ai can help, prepare requested recommendations or proposals, and maintain necessary business records.
MikeHacks.ai does not sell personal information or use inquiry details for unrelated advertising.
Practical safeguards
Do not send passwords, access tokens, Social Security numbers, payment-card data, protected health information, or other highly sensitive material through the contact form or ordinary email.
If a project requires access to confidential systems or data, the scope, access method, retention, and deletion expectations should be agreed upon before access is provided.
Inquiry and project communications may be retained while they are needed for service delivery, security, legal, accounting, or continuity purposes, then deleted when no longer reasonably necessary.
The website may be delivered through infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare and GitHub. Those providers may process routine technical information, including IP addresses, request metadata, and security events, according to their own policies.
To ask a privacy question or request correction or deletion of information you previously provided, email mike@mikehacks.ai.
